Beet It Juice Recipe
I like to make a juice for a quick afternoon pick-me-up. Juicing is a great way to get a ton of concentrated nutrients quickly and consume other vegetable you might not eat otherwise. For me, that’s beets. I’m not a huge beet person, but I do like juicing with them. Beets have great nutritional benefits and are fun to juice with because of their great color and the amount of liquid they contain. Beets are known to help blood pressure and mental function, reduce inflammation and increase stamina. They contain folate and are a good source of iber, manganese, potassium, vitamin C.
Beet It Juice Recipe
2 celery stalks
1 beet root with greens removed
2 carrots with greens removed
1 generous handful of spinach
Juice of a lemon (you can squeeze lemon in at the end or peel the lemon and put it through the juicer)
if you need a little afternoon boost, try making this juice instead of grabbing a cup of coffee or a soda. You’ll feel the difference!
